Student centralized database system is a system designed to computerize the process of student information records considering the problems faced by doing this manually. The system was studied and relevant officials were interview to acquire the required data. This designed system allows easily information retrieval of accurate information for effective and efficient allocations and also for easy maintenance of information integrity as well as time saving and reduction in operation. The centralized database system design in Mysql is interactive, menu- driven and user friendly. It provides timely information about students.

This project work is a documentation of NYSC Place of primary Assignment, a system that will allow users to have a glance of corps PPA, information for the purpose of future record and access. Where by each new NYSC crop member posted to his or her PPA will be documented. Presently at Ebonyi state and other states in Nigerian there have never been a system design to run a quick scan on corps PPA for a glance or for an info about the place, therefore, this system or software will be introduced into the system stating from Ebonyi state, also in this system the activities of the corps member will be noted down as he or she carries on their activities at their PPA.

The study examines the challenges and prospects of marketing Nigerian made computer softwares. Posed with the problem of inferiority complex usually associated with Nigerian made goods, various foreign products have edge over indigenous products. Objectives for the study were to critically examine attitude of people towards Nigerian made computer softwares and various ways in which the marketability of Nigerian made softwares can be enhanced. Concerning methodology, fifty (50) computer science students and lecturers were used for the study.

This study reports on the negative effects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within Early Childhood Education (ECE). Traditionally the bulk of the literature pertaining to ICT was predominantly focused on the compulsory sector, with any reference to early childhood education reporting on debates surrounding the pros and cons of young children’s use of computers.

System analysis and investigation is usually carried out when the present system is faced with problems, such problems must be identified and defined in order to find appropriate solutions. We therefore observed that the present system is not sufficient enough for recording, reporting and handling customer complaints. The system we are considering is one through which customer complaints can be easily reported and recorded and that can provide an easier way for receiving and management of customer’s complaints.

The challenges confronting our educational system in tertiary institution centers on quality attainment of education delivery, almost everything connected with education in tertiary institution is in short supply. Quality teachers are in short supply, quality buildings, quality equipment, quality laboratories, good experimental farms and other resources input that can lead to quality education are inadequately provided. Today, there exist general disenchantment and general distrust in the quality of the education system as well as in the quality of education output.

The telecommunications industry generates and stores a tremendousamount of data (Han et al, 2002). These data include call detail data, which describes the callsthat traverse the telecommunication networks, network data, which describesthe state of the hardware and software components in the network, andcustomer data, which describes the telecommunication customers (Roset et al, 1999). Theamount of data is so great that manual analysis of the data is difficult, if notimpossible.
