Some organization has embraced and purchases some of this equipment while others has not. Banking Industries (organizations) cannot operate without communication. Communication is the life source of every industry, because industries involve people. People cannot interact with each other without communication. In the absence of communication, everything would grind to a halt.
According to James et’al (2009), communication is a means by which a thought is transferred from one person to another. It is also the process by which the person (group) share and impact information to another or group clearly understand by one person and another.

The research work “design and implementation of office management system” includes registration of staff, storing their details into the system, and also computerized billing in the office. Our system has the facility to give unique id for every staff and store the details of every staff automatically. This work was done as a result to solve the problems usually encountered in the office. The Office Management System was achieved using two programming environment: PHP and MySQL, with PHP as front-end and MySQL as the backend database. The system can be entered using a username and password. It is accessible either by an administrator or an authorized staff. The interface is very user-friendly, protected for personal use and the data processing is very fast.

DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED BY SECRETARIES IN HANDLING MODERN OFFICE EQUIPMENT
ABSTRACT
This research is aimed at evaluating the difficulties encountered by secretaries in handling Modern office equipment.
It focused on the difficulties in modern office equipment operation, the extent to which the secretary can overcome the problems. Also it looks at the training, skills and knowledge required by secretaries in operating, maintaining, controlling, handling modern office equipment, and also the problem of power supply in operating this equipment.
Based on the result of the analysis, the secretaries find it difficult to operate the modern office equipment due to lack of training, skill acquisition and epileptic power supply. Lack of maintenance technology is also a problem faced by the secretary.
Finally, it looks at the solutions and recommendations to these problems faced by the secretaries.

According to Oxford Advance Learners Dictionary, “environment is defined as the natural conditions in which people, animals and plants lives”. Environment can also be defined as “all the surrounding things, conditions, and influences affecting the growth or development of living things”. This was achieved by evaluating the performance of a professional secretary and a computer operator. Conclusions were drawn that professional secretaries assume duties on behalf of their boss unlike computer operators. It was recommended that computer operators who wish to be called professional secretaries should take up courses in office profession and management studies department and other professional courses relating to that.
